San Bernardino County Third District Supervisor James Ramos was noticeably absent from the November Board of Supervisors meeting that was to address the Renewable Energy Conservation Element 4.10 language that had been awaiting adoption since August, 2017. But with Ramos out doing last minute campaigning for his state assembly race on election day, the RECE language was tabled until there can be someone representing the Third District, one of two districts in the county most heavily impacted by utility scale renewable energy development.
Ramos, who is set to be sworn in for his new position representing the 40th Assembly District on December 3.
